Our way of working
After a first telephone call, we make an appointment at the workplace. There, we discuss your plans and try to create a detailed overview of the renovation with you. Once the major tasks have been mapped out, we will start working on the quotation. After receiving your signed version of the quotation, the project starts for us and we create the project-based planning and cost analysis. We organize our team of specialists and work out a realistic schedule. In consultation with you, we determine the starting date and order the necessary materials. From the start, we ensure transparent and professional site monitoring, discuss the work performed and hours worked every week and generate a weekly invoice. This keeps you informed of developments and costs at all times.
